I’m guilty of doing it plenty of times.

I’ve started something and just a few weeks later have given up and started something else.

It’s not easy to do the same thing for weeks, months, even years!

Imagine! That’s because we have a natural desire for results.

Since we are creatures of habit, doing something new is always difficult, especially if we don’t see the results we want.

That’s why you need to decide to do an activity for the long term…

Without that initial decision, you’ll most likely give up too early.
